We do not store any financial information in our server. All information is held at financial institution and all datas transmitted will be security encrypted.
What if there is shortage, would it be refunded?
All orders are charged at the moment you place an order. Any shortage will be applied as store credit only. Store credits can be used on next order.
Is in-stock inventory tracking 100% accurate?
We strive to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, human error on inventory or defects during general inspection may cause shortages. In the event of any shortage of your and it doesn't meet 90% of your order we will advise you as soon as possible otherwise it will be shipped out without your confirmation.
Can I save items in my cart?
Any items kept in the cart is also open to other customer. There's great chance that some of items won't be available later. It's always best to finish an order completely.
Can I make special orders? What is its terms and contitions?
Many orders could be reordered in dozen bases. Any discontinued items require 10 dozen minimum orders and it will require 4 - 8 weeks for delivery. Any special orders will require 50% non-refundable deposit and it will need customer's consent. Full amount has to be paid prior to delivery. Customer will be obligated to pay in full in any condition. Absolutely there is no cancellation.
When will my order be shipped out?
Any orders made before 1 PM(EST) will be shipped out same day or next business day priority except on weekends and holidays.
How will my order be delivered? And how long will it take to arrive?
We are located at New York.
Domestic(the U.S continent only)
Standard Ground : 2 to 7 business days by Fedex and USPS depending where it's ship to.
Expedite : You will be able to choose from Next day to 3 days for guaranteed delivery.
Domestic(HI, AK, PR, VI other U.S territory)
There is no ground shipping option, you will be able to see shipping options at check out.
Express, Priority, Economy is available and transit time will vary dependind on countries.
Some order may take extra day to process due to extra documents needed for custom for certain countries.
All orders made after 1pm(business days) won't be guaranteed for same day ship out, please count extra day. For details of order process it is best to contact us.
How do I keep a track of my delivery?
Once package is shipped email notice will be sent out with tracking number.
Package transit status could be found by sign in to your account.
How residential address delivery differ from business address delivery?
Fedex/USPS offer same service to residential addresses.
However Fedex/USPS will come any time of the day during normal business hours. If someone could not be home at the time of delivery Fedex/USPS will not deliver(with signature required option-3times delivery attempt) or they will just leave package at the location unattended.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground : $13 for the U.S continent
Free Ground shipping on orders over $200
Expedited : it will vary depending on weight of package.
Signature Required : $3.50(Fedex will attempt to deliver 3 times for signature. USPS will leave a postcard for pick up at post office in person if no one is available at delivery).
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All shippings insurance included. Signature option is only option to add security for your order. Bijoux USA is not responsible for lost package without signature required option selected.
What do I have to do if the delivered package is damaged?
Refuse the package is best way to protect yourself.
Please inspect carefully when the package arrives and let fedex/USPS delivery know you are refusing the delivery due to damaged box. They assume that you are satisfied with delivery once they leave the package with you.
Can you ship to P.O Box or APO/FPO addresses?
Fedex do not deliver to those addresses. USPS is only option for those addresses. In certain region USPS takes longer to deliver than Fedex.
Can I request a postponement of shipping date?
If you have any special instruction for any orders you could leave a note at checkout. Any special instruction delivered by email/phone can't be guaranteed, it has to be come with order for immediate process.
What about product substitutions?
We do not substitute any items without customer confirmation.
Any shortage amount will be given as store credit.
I am an International customer so what would be different from the U.S customers.
Paypal is only option for payment at Bijoux USA.
If you don't have paypal account ready you will have to open an account and it could take a week for process.
Order could take an extra business day to process due to required document for certain countries.
What is the best way to order during the Holiday season?
Order will be delayed during holiday seasons and it's always give a extra day for order to be delivered.
Do you open on holidays?
We close on major holidays and weekends.
All sales are final.
We do not put effort to lure customers with fancy images. We retouch images only to show its true color and texture. Implementing gray background brings more natural color and feel of merchandise. Most of customers are used to images with white background and they are all retouched to exaggerate the look of items.
Can I use store credit/Coupons for refund?
Store credits/Coupons can not be converted.
Store credits have 1 year expiration and it may not be valid without notice.
Signature Required Option
We strongly suggest to choose 'signature' for delivery option.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages, you will have to make claims to Fedex/USPS directly. Considering Fedex/USPS will deliver package at any time of the day, 'singature' option insures safe delivery and they will make multiple delivery attempts or hold package to be picked up depending on which courier you choose.
If no one is available at delivery they will leave the package unattended and Bijouxusa is not responsible. You will be responsible for filing claim directly to Fedex/USPS.
