▶ What forms of payment can I pay with?
As right now we only accept VISA/MASTER/DISC.
▶Ordering online safe?
Ordering online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit or debit card to conduct commerce on our site.
All orders are charged at the moment you place an order. Any shortage will be applied to store credit.
We strive to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, human error on inventory or defects during general inspection may cause shortages. In the event of any shortage of your and it doesn't meet 90% of your order we will advise you as soon as possible otherwise it will be shipped out without any notice.
▶ Can I save items?
Any items kept in the cart is also open to other customer. Since we have limited quantity it is first come first served.
▶ What's special order terms and conditions?
10 DZ is minimum for special order. Minimum of 4 weeks of delivery time is needed. Non-refundable 50% of deposit is needed with signed invoice.
▶ When will my order be shipped out?
Any orders made before 12 PM(EST) will be shipped out same day or next business day priority except on weekends and holidays.
▶ How will my order be delivered? And how long will it take to arrive?
Typically your package will be arrived in 1~7 business days by FEDEX. You can reference the map below for transit time. Should you require a faster shipping option, please call us at 212-244-0144 or send e-mail and we will gladly provide with a quote for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Saturday Delivery.
▶ How do I keep a track of my delivery?
You will receive a FEDEX tracking number by e-mail when your package(s) shipped out. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
▶ How residential address delivery differ from business address delivery?
FEDEX is business oriented carrier, so residential delivery might take extra day to delivery packages. Delivery time of the day will be any hours of normal business hours. If it's residential and you can't stay home all day for the delivery you could call FEDEX center and arrange a pick up.
▶ How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping charge of $13.00 for any orders under $200.00. Puchase of $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada). For detailed shipping charges please contact us ASAP and all the orders may take extra day to process.
▶ Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, and it’s $0.75 per $100. It’s worth to pay and have a peace of mind. Please leave a insurance request note @ check out. Customer pays for insurance and responsible for claims for lost or damages with FEDEX. Signature confirmation service is $2.00 extra by UPS.
▶ What should I do if I see damaged box arrives?
This happens rarely but when it happens, do not sign it and ask FedEx delivery person for instruction(You could refuse it for broken package). It's one of reason to put insurance on shipping. *Damaged package - to the extend any part of the package(box) is teared and suspect merchandise inside the box might be missing.
▶ Can you ship to P.O Box or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately we do not guarantee it will be delivered. Besure the P.O.Box is adequate size for parcel boxes.
▶ Can I request a postponement of shipping date?
Of course, just leave a note @ check out with your order and we will promptly follow your request. 5 business day is maximum postpone shipping date.
▶ Is prebuying available?
Yes, but we will have to check if the item will be available for within requested time. Any prebuying will have to be prepaided. No returns or exchanges.
▶ What about product substitutions?
No substitutions ! Substitution will be made only upon customer's request. No return or refund on subsitution.
▶ I am INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER so what would be different from the U.S customers.
It is USD and only payment option available is paypal. Currently cheapest ship small parcel to international USPS(post office). Please allow us for extra business day to process your order for detailed cost of shipping. Paypal will request confirmed price then you could pay by paypal.
▶ What is the best way to order during the Holiday season?
Usually end of the year is the busy season and occasionally UPS delivery time suffers(but remember FEDEX ground delivery means any days 1~9 business days).
▶ Do you open on holiday?
No, we are closed on all national holidays.
