Registration

 To set up wholesale account with us, simply register online

with your company information. Transactions conducted

through this site may require an additional proof of reseller's

permit or Tax ID.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order size is $100 and there is no minimum quantity for each style.

Ordering

Please note that online orders will be a priority to process,

and could delay orders made by e-mail. Bijouxusa do not accept

any phone orders and any changes on existing orders will delay

shipping date. Please contact us immediately for any changes

or special request on your order for immediate process.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard,

and Discover card. We use Authorize.net virtual terminal to

process credit card payment. PayPal helps protect your

credit card information with industry-leading security and

fraud prevention systems. Paypal is only payment for orders

outside the U.S continent customer.

Shipping

Items that are in stock will ship within 24hours after you place

your order. (We only ship Monday - Friday only), however orders

over the weekends will be shipped out on Monday and Tuesday

according to its order number. If there is a delay you will be

contacted immediately. For standard ground shipping please

allow 2-7 business days in the U.S and 5-10 business days in

Canada to arrive. Currently we only utilize FedEx as the main

courier to ship out packages. All orders will be shipped out

via FedEx standard ground shipping unless specified.

Actual shipping charges may be slightly more or less than

estimated rate when you order online, depending on the

declared value of the order. Shipping charge will be adjusted

to actual shipping cost when the order is ready to ship.

Shortage

We do not substitute for any shortages and we may not contact

customer for any shortage. For special ordered items must

received please let us know for the item with your order.

Any shortage credit will be given as store credit.

Return/Exchange

All sales are final on www.bijouxusa.com. In the rare instance

that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective or

damaged, please contact us(support@bijouxusa.com /

212 244 0144) 48 hours from received date.  Bijoux USA has the

option to repair or exchange the damaged piece.

No Return or exchange without authorization, any returns without

 authorization will be subjected to 50% restocking fee.

Any returns will be subjected to 50% restocking fee.

Special Orders/Back Orders

All special order requires 50% deposite prior to order confirmation.

BijouxUSA do not keep any back orders.

International Orders

Paypal is the only kind of paymnet. Exact shipping rate will be given

after receiving order, in some cases extra shipping cost is needed.

International orders may require addtional days for its process.
